Eligibility Requirements. Only current members of one of the D.C. Superior Court CJA Panels are eligible to use this site.
Usernames, Passwords and Security. Only eligible panel members are allowed access to this website. All eligible members are required to keep confidential, and shall not disseminate, his or her username and password for access to this website. As a condition of use all panel members must immediately notify PDS of any learned or suspected: (i) loss or theft of a panel member's username or password, or (ii) any unauthorized use of a panel member's username or password. In the event of such loss, theft, or unauthorized use, PDS may impose, at its sole discretion, additional security obligations.
